Graduation Tent Rentals

Our Frame Tents are the perfect tent for a backyard graduation. Frame Tents are the most versatile of all the rental tent styles. We have everything you need to celebrate your graduation from tables and chairs to staging and speakers.

Our frame tents are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate any of your graduation rental needs. Frame tents are available 10 feet wide to 40 feet wide and have few limitations as to where they can be installed. Just let us know how many guests need to be seated under the tent and the dimensions of your area and we will calculate the right size tent for your needs. Please note that Big Tent Events will not install tents on roof top decks.

Why would I need a frame tent?

There are some instances where our canopy tents would not be suitable for your event. The following situations would require a frame tent:

  • Cement parking lots, driveways, patios
  • Asphalt parking lots and driveways where staking is not allowed.
  • Grass areas where additional space is not available for staking of a canopy or party tent (they require an additional five feet on all four sides).
  • Grass areas where staking is not allowed due to unknown sprinkler system or septic system lines.
  • Any situation where the tent cannot be staked on all four sides.

We setup the business day before your event and takedown the next business day after your event. Package pricing does not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are based on distance traveled.
