Linen rentals, tablecloth rentals and plastic table covers all add a touch of color, warmth and or elegance to rental tales used at any party or event. Don’t be afraid of color especially if your event, party, wedding or BBQ is being held under a white tent. When using table center pieces with a lot of colors, don’t automatically go to White for your linens. Select an accent color that will bring your guests eyes to the center piece.
Many event planners, Wedding Coordinators, and catering sales representatives are not only mixing table sizes and shapes for the events that are working on but they are also using multiple color schemes for the table linens. As outdoor event planners, we suggest tables that will have supplies stored under them be darker colors so the supplies won’t show when the light hits the tables. The last thing you want to see in a picture of your party are the extra cups, or coolers being stored under your beverage table.
Seating tables, buffet tables, dessert or sweets tables don’t have to have just one color or one size linen. Additional color is easily added to any table by using chair ties as table runners, square linens as toppers on both seating and service tables (any table not used for seating). Be creative, this is your event, bring out the personality of your party or wedding through color. While looking on line and through bridal magazines to get a feel of the wedding trends for 2012 we have found that colors are all over the place. You find sites and articles that say Gray is the new Black and other say Black is back, you be your own judge as to what are the in colors for 2012. Remember this is your event, you get to decide what color are “in” for you in 2012.

Along with our linen rentals we also offer plastic table covers. Our plastic table covers are fitted to the table top so there is no need for table clips. We have fitted covers available for all our table sizes and offer our round covers in Red, White or Royal Blue.
