Air conditioning is available for any size or style of tent available from Big Tent Events.  Air conditioning in a tent will require that the tent be completely enclosed with sidewall and can used with or without tent doors.  It is no recommended that Clear or Cafe sidewall be used to enclose and air conditioned tent as this style of sidewall has a tendency to amplify the sun’s rays.

The size of the AC unit needed for your special event is based on many different factors such as the size and height of the tent being rented for your event, the number of guests, the event timing, the type of event and the outside temperature.

Like any other rental, the more information that you are able to relay to your event planner the more accurate your air conditioning quote will be.
